Destínase la cantidad de cinco mil pesos ($ 5.000) para dar cumplimiento a esta Ley, suma que será entregada a la señora madre del doctor Martínez Pérez, previas las formalidades del caso, para que disponga la erección del monumento de que trata el artículo 3° y haga trasladar allí los restos del ilustre magistrado nariñense.
