° El Consejo Profesional Nacional dé Topografía, podrá negar la expedición de la Licencia de Topógrafo cuando de la revisión de la documentación de Ingeniería y Arquitectura, o del Consejo Nacional, se comprueben suplantación, adulteraciones u otras irregularidades a lo establecido en e1 artículo 22 del Decreto-ley 1782 de 1954.
