El Ministerio de Obras Públicas procederá a ordenar, en cumplimiento del artículo 1° de la Ley 175 de 1938 , la pavimentación de la plaza principal y de las calles públicas que sean del caso en la población de Andes, como lugar de tránsito que es de la carretera troncal del suroeste antioqueño.
