Artículo único. Por el tiempo de la ausencia del señor Roberto K; West y mientras esté encargado de la Gerencia de la Casa Raymond Concrete Piles Company el doctor Pedro Posse Camargo, disfrutará éste en su Carácter de apoderado de la franquicia telegráfica concedida por Decreto número 38 de 1928 única y exclusivamente para tratar los asuntos urgentes relacionados con la obra del Malecón de Buenaventura. La franquicia de que se trata no excederá de cincuenta palabras, y el apoderado de la casa contratista sólo podrá hacer uso de ella en Bogotá. Comuníquese y publíquese.
