Los derechos a que se refiere el artículo anterior, forman parte del fondo especial del servicio de giros, deben pagarse por el remitente en efectivo y serán anotados por el empleado en el esqueleto de giro, y además, para los fines de contabilidad, en las columnas correspondientes del registro de giros emitidos.
