Al practicarse la división de las tierras de un resguardo se demarcaran las hectáreas necesarias para el área de la población si no estuviesen ya segregadas y se destinaran lotes de cabida suficiente para instrucción pública, beneficencia, mercado, carnicerías y demás oficios públicos.

Parágrafo

En los sitios que la comisión halle apropiados destinara áreas suficientes para la fundación de nuevas poblaciones.
