Dentro de los tres días siguientes a la aprobación del dictamen pericial al que se refiere el articulo 11, el juez solicitará al respectivo Tribunal el sorteo de jurados, o fijara día y hora para realizarlo, si el Juzgado funciona por fuera de la cabecera del Distrito. En este último caso el sorteo se efectuara dentro de los cinco días siguientes.
