No son hábiles para ejercer como Agentes de Viajes y Turismo:

a)

Quienes ejerzan cargos oficiales o semioficiales. Se exceptúan de esta disposición quienes solamente desempeñen funciones docentes;

b)

Los Gerentes, Presidentes o cargos directivos de empresas de transporte y de establecimientos hoteleros;

c)

Quien no esté vinculado, laboralmente a una agencia de viajes, operadora o mayorista legalmente establecida;

d)

Los menores de edad y los extranjeros no residentes en el país.
