Concurrencia de beneficios. El soporte de cancelación voluntaria y las declaraciones de verificación que se utilicen para la procedencia de la no causación del impuesto nacional al carbono en los términos del presente título, ocasionan para el contribuyente la prohibición de generar un tratamiento tributario de beneficio respecto del mismo hecho económico que generó la expedición de las respectivas declaraciones.
