Art. 1.° Destínale el edificio que ha funcionado la Academia Nacional de Música para todas las academias y centros científicos que funcionan en la capital y que han sido reconocidos por el Gobierno. En consecuencia, funcionarán en dicho edificio la Academia de Medicina, la Sociedad Colombiana de Ingenieros, la de Jurisprudencia, la Academia Nacional de Historia y la misma Academia Nacional de Música.
