Extinción Del Subsidio Familiar

ARTICULO 50. Extinción del subsidio familiar. El subsidio familiar se extingue por razón del cónyuge en los siguientes casos: a) Por muerte del cónyuge; b) Por cesación de la vida conyugal en los siguientes casos

Por declaración judicial de nulidad o inexistencia del matrimonio.

Por sentencia judicial de divorcio válida en Colombia.

Separación judicial de cuerpos.

Parágrafo

Se ordenará la extinción cuando se presente alguno de los casos anteriores, siempre que no hubiere hijos a cargo por los que exista el derecho a percibir el subsidio familiar.
