Revocatoria del nombramiento. La autoridad nominadora deberá revocar el nombramiento en un cargo, cuando recaiga en una persona que no reúna los requisitos señalados para el desempeño del mismo. Ante este evento la administración inmediatamente advierta el hecho procederá de conformidad con lo señalado en el artículo 5º de la Ley 190 de 1995 y la Ley 1437 de 2011 y demás disposiciones que las reglamenten, modifiquen, adicionen o sustituyan.
