Podrán ser beneficiarios del subsidio las Asociaciones de Usuarios ya establecidas, o que se establezcan de conformidad con lo previsto en la presente Ley, con el fin de adelantar proyectos colectivos de adecuación de tierras que cumplan con las condiciones técnicas, económicas, sociales y ambientales establecidas por el Gobierno Nacional, y que tengan como propósito fundamental el incremento de la productividad y la rentabilidad de las producciones agrícolas y/o forestales.
