Ley 795 de 2003 · por la cual se ajustan algunas normas del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero y se dictan otras disposiciones.

Adiciónase el literal f) al numeral 4 del artículo 326, del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero, así:

"f) Con el fin de realizar una supervisión comprensiva y consolidada, practicar visitas de inspección a entidades no sometidas a su control y vigilancia, examinar sus archivos y solicitar la información que se requiera para determinar si concurren los presupuestos para que ellas consoliden sus operaciones con entidades financieras o aseguradoras, o si existen vínculos u operaciones que puedan llegar a representar un riesgo para estas últimas."
