Inscripción automática de valores emitidos por establecimientos de crédito. Tratándose de los valores que emitan los establecimientos de crédito en desarrollo de sus operaciones pasivas realizadas de manera regular o esporádica, así como de las emisiones de títulos de contenido crediticio, se entenderán inscritos en el Registro Nacional de Valores y Emisores (RNVE) y autorizada su oferta pública siempre que de manera previa a la realización de la misma, se envíe con destino al Registro Nacional de Valores y Emisores (RNVE) los documentos previstos en el artículo 5.2.1.1.3 del presente decreto.
