Si los hechos materia del procedimiento disciplinario fueren constitutivos de delitos perseguibles de oficio, se ordenará ponerlos en conocimiento del Juez competente, acompañándole copia autorizada de lo pertinente. La existencia de un proceso penal sobre los mismos hechos, no dará lugar a suspensión del procedimiento disciplinario.
