Fíjanse los cómputos del Presupuesto de Rentas y Recursos de Capital del tesoro de la Nación para la vigencia fiscal del 1o de enero al 31 de diciembre de 1988, en la cantidad de un billón doscientos treinta y nueve mil cuatrocientos veintidós millones seiscientos cincuenta y un mil pesos ($1.239.422.651.000) moneda legal, según el detalle del Presupuesto de Rentas y Recursos de Capital para 1988, que se encuentra en el anexo de este proyecto de ley y de acuerdo con los pormenores siguientes por numerales así:
