Las Asambleas Pedagógicas Departamentales así constituidas tendrán sesiones diarias durante diez días y en ellas analizarán los trabajos de las Asambleas Provinciales, estudiarán los problemas pedagógicos del Departamento respectivo y presentarán las soluciones que puedan y deban adoptarse.
