El contrato de aprendizaje no tendrá período de prueba, considerando que se trata de un contrato especial de trabajo, destinado a que un estudiante desarrolle formación teórica práctica que le permita adquirir formación profesional metódica y completa requerida en el oficio, actividad, ocupación o profesión.
