Ascenso De Sargentos

Los Sargentos, que cumplan los requisitos de edad, antigüedad, calificación y aptitud psicofísicas exigidos para el grado de Teniente, podrán ser llamados a concurso y una vez aprobado éste, tendrán derecho a hacer el curso de ascenso para dicho grado.

Parágrafo

Para el ascenso de Sub-oficial a Oficial, deberá cumplirse con los requisitos de educación, formación y capacitación exigidos por la Ley para las Fuerzas Armadas, sin consideración a la edad, que se regirá por la reglamentación que para el efecto expedirá la Dirección General de Prisiones.
