El Gobierno Nacional queda obligado a preparar el funcionamiento del " Colegio Nacional Femenino de Bachillerato" de la ciudad de Honda y se le faculta para hacer los movimientos presupuestales necesarios, dentro de la actual vigencia o de la próxima, tendientes al cumplimiento de la presente Ley de conformidad con su artículo primero.
