Art. 2.° La expresada pensión se pagará a la señorita Gabriela Caicedo, como hija y nieta de servidores, próceres y mártires de la Independencia, en los términos que establece el número 1.° del parágrafo 1.° de la ley 14 de 31 de Mayo de 1882, es decir, inmediatamente y en dinero sonante.
