Retiro absoluto. Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares serán retirados en forma absoluta del servicio conforme a este Estatuto, por incapacidad absoluta o permanente o por gran invalidez, por conducta deficiente y por haber cumplido sesenta y cinco (65) años de edad los Oficiales y cincuenta y cinco (55) años los Suboficiales, edades éstas en que cesa para ellos toda obligación militar.
