La Caja de Crédito Agrario Industrial y Minero organizará una dependencia que tendrá por objeto exclusivo la administración del subsidio familiar del sector primario y de las empresas de otros sectores que paguen el subsidio familiar por medio de dicha Caja. Esta dependencia tendrá un reglamento especial que contemplará el manejo administrativo y contable de los recursos captados por concepto de subsidio familiar.
