Se derogan los artículos 130, 170, inciso 10 del 325 é inciso 9.° del 326 del Código Fiscal, la ley 2.ª de 1878,el artículo 2.° de la ley 38 de 1881 ,y los artículos 1.°, 2.°, 3.°, 4.°, 14, 18 y 19 de la ley 60 de 1881 ; y se reforman los artículos 135, 177 y 178 del Código Fiscal, la ley 54 de 1870 y el artículo 1.° de la ley 38 de 1881 .
