Art. 40 . En el caso del artículo 425 del código Judicial, o requisitoria o despacho de emplazamiento se adjuntarán, copia la demanda, como a los demandantes que con ellos se hubieren presentado y el auto en quienes confiará el traslado si así lo solicitare el demandante.
