° Los asuntos de competencia de los Jueces de Instrucción Penal Militar al igual que el trabajo para los Auditores de Guerra, se repartirá por sorteo o turnos que garanticen la proporcionalidad, salvo cuando se requiera designación de funcionario especial o cuando la naturaleza de un proceso, a criterio del Juez de Primera Instancia, exija de un funcionario dedicación exclusiva y prioritaria.
