Una vez efectuado el aumento de capital de que habla el artículo 6º, la Junta Directiva de la Caja de Crédito Agrario e Industrial procederá a dictar las medidas necesarias para establecer agencias permanentes de dicha Caja en las capitales o cabeceras de los Municipios que por su población, desarrollo económico, agrícola, ganadero, industrial o comercial, hagan conveniente el establecimiento de tales agencias a fin de que puedan verificar directamente las operaciones de préstamo que corresponden a la Institución.
