Todo extranjero titular de una visa temporal, ordinaria, de negocios permanente, de residente, especial de residente, de estudiante, está obligado a presentarse ante la División de Extranjería del Departamento administrativo de Seguridad en Bogotá, o ante la respectiva seccional del mismo organismo, dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes a su ingreso al país, para su registro el cual tendrá carácter reservado. Los titulares de visa temporal especial estarán exentos de la reseña dactiloscópica requerida para el registro de que trata el inciso anterior.
