La Superintendencia Nacional de Notariado y Registro se financiará con los recaudos que están obligados a hacer los Notarios, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el Artículo 13 de la Ley 1ª de 1962, con el aporte de que trata el Artículo 18 de la misma Ley, con las sumas asignadas en el Presupuesto Nacional para esta entidad, con el producto de la venta de elementos relacionados con el servicio a los Notarios y Registradores, y con las sumas o los bienes que por cualquier otro concepto ingresen al patrimonio de la citada Superintendencia.
