º. Para los efectos de la Ley 191 de 1995, se consideran zonas de frontera, además de las establecidas en el Decreto 1814 del 26 de octubre de 1995, los siguientes municipios y corregimientos

En el Departamento de Nariño, el Municipio de Túquerres.

En el Departamento de Norte de Santander los municipios de Ocaña, Bochalema, El Carmen, Convención y Teorama.

En el Departamento de Vaupés, el Municipio de Taraira y el corregimiento de Pacoa.
