Art. 60. Cuando a virtud de lo estatuido en el Código de Comercio se decrete el estado que quiebra de un comerciante, el Juez que ello decrete declarará en el mismo autoformado juicio de concurso de acreedores á los bienes del quebrando y le hará la prevención de que presente las dos memoradas relaciones juradas y que cumpla lo estatuido en el artículo 138 y siguientes del Código de Comercio.
