El que difunde falsa alarma que trae o puede traer confusión o desorden en las Fuerzas Militares, incurre en prisión de seis meses a tres años. Si es en tiempo de guerra o conflicto armado, o de turbación del orden público, la pena es de uno a seis años de prisión.
