Artículo quinto. Una vez recibida la relación en la forma dicha, el funcionario de Hacienda, practicará la liquidación del caso, para lo cual tendrá un término de cinco (5) días. Practicada la liquidación, será notificada al contribuyente, quien deberá consignar el valor del gravamen dentro de las veinticuatro (24) horas siguientes a la notificación. Si hubiere demora en el pago, se cobraran intereses de recargo a razón del uno (1%) por ciento mensual sobre la cantidad a deber.

Parágrafo

Si no estuviere conforme con la liquidación, el contribuyente podrá hacer uso de los recursos legales ordinarios, sin que esto afecte el pago del impuesto dentro de los términos que se han señalado.
