Ley 43 de 1964 · por la cual la Nación se asocia a la celebración del sexagésimo aniversario de la fundación de la Universidad de Nariño, se decretan unos auxilios y se dictan otras disposiciones.

A partir del 1º de enero de 1966, y en forma permanente, el aporte extraordinario de la Nación para la Universidad de Nariño, de que trata la Ley 141 de 1960 , será de tres millones de pesos ($ 3.000.000) anuales, con destino a funcionamiento de su Instituto Tecnológico Agrícola y su Facultad de Ciencias y Humanidades.

Parágrafo

Este aporte se pagará a la Universidad con cargo al presupuesto ordinario del Ministerio de Educación, y sin que por ningún motivo pueda suspenderse el aporte ordinario de la Nación a dicha Universidad.
