Artículo catorce. La presentación ante las entidades aduaneras de los documentos tanto de importación como de exportación, se efectuará por conducto de agentes de aduana debidamente licenciados, y que no constituyan dependencia de los empresarios, corporaciones financieras o almacenes generales de depósito, cuando éstos reciban en depósito materias primas, partes para ensamble, equipos o mercancías importadas, amparadas por el Decreto número 0336 de 1957.
