Autorízase al Gobierno Nacional para aportar a la nueva empresa en su nombre o a través de la Empresa Colombiana de Minas-Ecominas el crédito de $ 70 millones otorgado a Mineros del Chocó S.A., junto con los intereses causados hasta la publicación de la presente Ley sin más formalidad que la expedición de una resolución ejecutiva.
