Artículo veintinueve. Son funciones de la Sección de Servicios Generales

a)

Elaborar programas anuales de compras de bienes para el Ministerio;

b)

Organizar y manejar el almacén del Ministerio, y mantener al día los inventarios correspondientes;

c)

Organizar el servicio de transporte del Ministerio y controlar el mantenimiento de los vehículos;

d)

Recibir, registrar, distribuir y despachar la correspondencia del Ministerio;

e)

Organizar y mantener al día el archivo del Ministerio y expedir, de acuerdo con la ley, copias de los documentos archivados, y

f)

Organizar y manejar la biblioteca del Ministerio. De los organismos del sector de comunicaciones.
