º. Derechos de inscripción. Los emisores de valores que hagan parte del Segundo Mercado deberán pagar derechos de inscripción en el Registro Nacional de Valores e Intermediarios por un valor equivalente al cincuenta por ciento (50%) de la suma resultante de aplicar la tarifa de que tratan las Resoluciones 734 y 802 de 1993 de la Superintendencia de Valores.
