Suspender provisionalmente en el ejercicio del cargo de Gobernador del departamento del Casanare, al señor Oscar Raúl Iván Fl órez Chávez, identificado con la cédula de ciudadanía número 19300804, por el término de tres (3) meses, sin derecho a remuneración, con el fin de dar cumplimiento al auto proferido el 25 de marzo de 2010 por la Procuraduría Segunda Delegada para la Vigilancia Administrativa, dentro del proceso radicado bajo el número 2008-788-73542, de conformidad con lo señalado en la parte motiva de presente decreto.
