º. El Presidente del Tribunal llevará la representación del mismo y autorizará con su firma las comunicaciones que debe dirigir por cualquier motivo a nombre del Tribunal. El mismo Presidente queda facultado para firmar toda comunicación de carácter administrativo, relacionada con el ramo de Aduanas. En este caso, las comunicaciones llevarán, antes de la firma del Presidente, las palabras "por el Ministro, el Presidente del Tribunal Supremo de Aduanas," y tendrán el mismo valor ante todas las autoridades de la República, como si hubiesen sido firmadas por el titular de la Cartera.
