Los aspectos formales a los que hace mención el artículo 21 de la Decisión 313 son los establecidos en los artículos 13 y 14 de la misma, así como los previstos en los literales a) b) y c) del artículo precedente. Lo anterior debe entenderse sin perjuicio de la simple verificación de los requisitos previstos en el artículo 13 de la Decisión 313, cuya ausencia supondrá que la solicitud no sea admitida a trámite.
