º. Formará quórum, para los efectos de adoptar cualquier decisión de las que el Tribunal Supremo de Aduanas tiene autorización por la ley, la concurrencia de tres de sus miembros. A este efecto, en toda reunión que celebre el Tribunal, y en la que se dicten decisiones de cualquier naturaleza, se dejará constancia de los asistentes a dicha reunión.
