Pasivos Contingentes Judiciales. Para los efectos del presente Título, se entiende por pasivos contingentes Judiciales, las obligaciones pecuniarias que surgen por las sentencias y conciliaciones judiciales desfavorables de las Entidades Estatales a las que les aplica el presente decreto.
