Los maestros de las escuelas a cargo de las empresas, son empleados de éstas y, por consiguiente, tienen derecho a todas las prestaciones sociales establecidas por la ley. Su sueldo mensual básico no podrá ser en ningún caso menor al correspondiente a un maestro oficial escalafonado en cuarta categoría.
