La presente Sección tiene por objeto establecer los lineamientos para la articulación de los programas, instrumentos y proyectos para el emprendimiento y el desarrollo empresarial con énfasis en emprendimiento e innovación empresarial en el país de las entidades de la Rama Ejecutiva del Poder Público en el orden nacional a través de iNNpulsa Colombia, para dar cumplimiento a lo establecido en el artículo 46 de la Ley 2069 de 2020.
