Art. 2.º Créase una compañía suelta, dependiente del cuartel jeneral, i se destina a la guarrnicion del Territorio nacional de Bolívar. La tropa para esta compañía se tomará de la excedente en los batallones Granaderos i Boyacá, i la que falte se completará con individuos enganchados en el Territorio de Bolívar.
