Al que teniendo conocimiento de la comisión de un delito y sin concierto previo, ayude al delincuente a eludir la acción de la autoridad, o a entorpecer o desviar la investigación correspondiente, se le impondrá arresto de dos meses a dos años.

Si se tratare de una contravención, se impondrá multa de cinco a doscientos pesos.
