Art. 10. El miembro del Resguardo que teniendo conocimiento de que se comete un fraude contra la renta de Salinas ó los sueldos ó haberes de los empleados, no lo descubriere ante el inmediato superior, será removido por el Poder Ejecutivo en vista de los comprobantes que enviará el Administrador principal al Ministerio de Hacienda, sin perjuicio de hacerle efectiva la responsabilidad legal en que incurra.
