Las sumas decretadas por la Ley 80 de 1936 , se destinaran íntegramente a auxiliar la terminación del Colegio Juan de Dios Uribe ," de la ciudad de Andes. Desde la sanción de la presente Ley, el colegio que funciona sostenido con fondos oficiales, en la ciudad de Andes, tendrá el nombre de Colegio Juan de Dios Uribe .
